Coate Water Care Ltd worked with Creative Energy on a renewable energy rollout across three care homes. Although the buildings belonged to the same group, their sizes and requirements were not identical.

Solar across three roofs
The number of panels varied by building: 168, 257 and 273 respectively, reflecting site-specific designs rather than a repeated standard specification.
Battery storage at each site
A 50kWh battery is documented for each of the three homes. How storage fits a building must be considered with its solar installation and electrical demand.
Wider electrical considerations
EV charging provision and site-specific energy considerations formed part of the documented work. The scope differed according to the needs of each location.
